3. Products and services

Through Asia4five.com, we offer tailored travel guides, personalized itineraries and 1-1 consultancy calls to help you plan the perfect trip in Asia. Our products include:

  • Premium travel guides in digital format for various destinations in Asia
  • Tailor-made itineraries based on customer needs and wishes
  • 1-1 travel advice via video or phone call
  • Tips and recommendations for transportation, accommodation and experiences
  • Gift card for use on Asia4five.com

4. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax (VAT) where applicable. The total cost of the purchase will be stated before ordering and include any taxes.

Payment is made via Vipps, card payment or other payment solution specified in the online store. When using Vipps, their terms of use apply. Payment must be completed before access to digital products or services is granted.

5. Delivery of digital products

Digital products (such as travel guides and tailor-made itineraries) are delivered immediately after completion of payment via email or download link on the website.

If you do not receive the product within a reasonable time after purchase, please contact us at post@asia4five.com.

6. Gift vouchers

  • The gift card is valid for 1 year after the date of purchase and must be used within this period.
  • Gift cards can be used on all digital products and services available on Asia4five.com.
  • When purchasing with a gift card, the amount will be deducted from the balance of the gift card. Any remaining balance can be used for subsequent purchases within the validity period.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
  • Purchases of gift cards are exempt from the right of withdrawal, cf. section 22(n) of the Cancellation Act.
  • Gift cards follow the rules of the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act and the Financial Contracts Act.

7. Conclusion of agreement

A binding agreement between the buyer and SALES BY MJAATVEDT is entered into when the order is confirmed. The buyer must actively accept the terms of sale before the purchase is completed.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Pursuant to Section 22(n) of the Cancellation Act, there is no right of withdrawal for digital products that are delivered immediately if the customer agrees to immediate delivery and that the right of withdrawal lapses.

For 1-1 counseling, the customer can cancel up to 48 hours before the agreed time to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded.

9. Complaints.

There is no right of complaint for purchased travel guides or other digital products that are downloaded immediately.

If a product or service does not work as described, you can make a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the fault, and no later than two years after the purchase. Contact us at post@asia4five.com for complaints.

10. Limitation of liability

All advice, recommendations and information provided in our travel guides, tailor-made itineraries and 1-1 advice are indicative. SALES BY MJAATVEDT cannot be held responsible for any errors, unforeseen events or consequences of following the advice. The customer uses the information at their own risk.

11. Force Majeure

SALES BY MJAATVEDT is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of services and products caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes or technical failures beyond our control.

12. Privacy and security

We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and GDPR. Information you provide at the time of purchase is only used to complete the order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Read more in our privacy policy.

13. Changes to the terms and conditions

SALES BY MJAATVEDT reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Changes will take effect from the time they are published on the website.

14. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, the parties must first attempt to resolve the matter through dialogue. If this does not succeed, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the Consumer Disputes Committee. Disputes can also be settled by the Norwegian courts, with Hordaland District Court as the venue.
